Warehouse, April 2024
The copper wiring at a switch inside a warehouse had overheated to the point of melting completely off the switch terminal, badly damaging the switch and the wiring insulation. A fire hazard, found and repaired.
Home, March 2026
A prior owner had done an improper DIY job to get power down inside the cabinet below a receptacle. The existing owner agreed to have the incorrect wiring removed.
Landscape lighting that still works like a charm years later
Path lights along the pool, uplights in the oaks, a wall wash on the back of the house, the front of a home lit up after dark. These are our own jobs, photographed at night.
